Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the license key has not been activated by the customer.

Valid Reasons: If activation records show that a license key was already used on another account before your purchase or if the key is invalid due to supplier error, we will first provide a replacement. A refund will only be issued if a valid replacement cannot be provided.

Exclusions: Refunds are not available once a key has been successfully activated by the customer, or for incorrect purchases, incompatibility with your device, or failure to meet system requirements.

Usage Requirement: Customers must test and use their license key within the 7-day refund period. Refund requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility: If your license key does not work, you may request a replacement within 15 days of purchase.

Valid Reasons: Replacements will be provided if activation records confirm the key was invalid, already used before purchase, or cannot be activated for legitimate reasons.

Requirements: To process a replacement, you must provide your order number and a screenshot or error message showing the activation issue.

Exclusions: Replacements are not available after 15 days, or if the original key is confirmed to be valid.
