We offer refunds within 7 days if the key hasn’t been used, and replacements within 15 days if the key is invalid or already used before purchase. Refunds are only given if a valid replacement cannot be provided
Are your license keys genuine?
Yes. All of our keys are sourced from verified Microsoft partner suppliers. They are 100% legitimate and will activate the software directly with Microsoft.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
We purchase software licenses in bulk, which allows us to get better pricing. Instead of keeping the extra margin, we pass the savings on to our customers.
How will I receive my product?
All license keys are delivered digitally via email to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery usually takes just a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours.
